Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.
Please ensure all children you bring into our facility are free of illness.
For your safety, security cameras are installed throughout the facility.
The KUPP Centre is NOT responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items.
The KUPP Centre is a nut aware facility and as such, absolutely NO outside food or drinks are permitted inside the facility; with the exception of baby formula and pureed baby food as well as a birthday cake.
Socks are mandatory for both children and adults; no shoes, slippers, or bare feet are allowed beyond the front entrance area.
No climbing allowed on the outside of any play structures.
No toys allowed inside the Playground area.
No costumes or sharp objects on clothing or body are permitted.
No bullying, foul language, pushing or shoving.
No gum chewing.
Food must remain in the café or party room areas.
No dropping balls down the slides.
No double riding, backwards sliding, or sliding on your stomach on gang wave slide.
Maximum weight is 250lbs for the gang wave slide.
Minimum height requirement for gang wave slide is 36 inches.
We do NOT allow any group to have a birthday party at our facility without making a reservation.
The KUPP Centre will not tolerate any disrespect or harassment towards our staff members.
The KUPP Centre reserves the right to refuse admittance or ask you and your child to leave if equipment is being used improperly, if your play is unsafe or disrespectful to others, or if rules are disobeyed.
Policies
A valid waiver must be signed for your any person(s) entering our facility.
You must be a minimum of 18 years old to sign a waiver.

Everyone who enters must wear socks, including adults and babies. If you forget your socks, some will be available at the front desk for purchase.

No costumes, glitter, sparkles, or sharp objects on clothing or body are permitted.
In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate your visit at any time.
