The playground equipment is designed for children between the ages of 3 & 12 years old. The toddler area is a great place for little ones between 0 & 3 years old.

The big gang slide has a requires children to be a minimum of 36 inches tall. Unfortunately, anyone under 36 inches won’t be permitted on the big slide but will still have access to the rest of the park. The big slide also has a weight limit of 250 pounds. Thank you for respecting our very few restrictions.

Everyone entering the facility regardless of age will need a valid waiver. A waiver must be signed by an individual who is 18 years of age or older.

Anyone is allowed to supervise children as long as they are 16 years of age or older. A waiver still has to be signed by someone 18 years of age or older.

Our rates remain the same regardless of how long you spend in our facility. Admission price is a day pass, you are welcome to leave and return the same day.

Our staff clean and disinfect all hard surfaces in the playground areas every evening after we close to the public. Throughout the day, basic cleaning is performed on an ongoing basis.

Yes, anyone between the ages of 2 and 15 counts towards the 8. This includes the birthday party child.
If you would like to add more kids to your birthday party, the additional fee will be as follows:

Standard Party: $10.00
Deluxe Party: $14.00
Supreme Party: $20.00

Regardless of the amount of children attending the party, our rooms have a maximum capacity of 20 people. This being the case, any adult within the 20 person capacity is free of charge.

If you plan on having more than 20 people attending the party, we can provide you with a second party for a $75.00 fee.

If you require an additional party room, please notify us upon booking your birthday party.

You are welcome to show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. We will be cleaning up from the previous party and setting up for your party 30 minutes prior to your arrival. If you arrive any earlier, your room may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring anything decorative that doesn’t have to be put on walls. Please know that all of this is included in your party!

If you have booked a birthday party with us, the only outside food we allow you to bring is a NUT FREE cake.

Other than that, we don’t allow any outside food or drinks. However, all party packages include a pitcher of water, just ask your host.

If you chose the deluxe or supreme packages your child will be provided with a bottle of water or a juice box, as well as a slice of pizza or a hotdog. We also have a water fountain available to all guests.

Absolutely, children 2 and under are free. Please note that they still count as a body towards the room max capacity of 20.

We recommend that waivers are signed in advance to speed up the check in process. Everyone entering the facility is required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed once per year.

A deposit of $75 is required to confirm a booking and goes towards the total cost of your event. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your party or if you don’t show up for your party. If you provide a minimum of 14 days notice, you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within one month. If the birthday child develops an illness such as the flu please contact us to discuss your rescheduling options.

Yes, if your child has food sensitivities, please let us know upon booking your party so that we can make the appropriate accommodations and inform your Party Host.

Absolutely, we do parties 7 days a week! Weekdays are a great time to book parties because our facility is quieter and you receive a lower rate!

We do not allow cake or presents in our general seating area. If you would like to bring in a bunch of kids to play and they plan on bringing gifts, we can hold them behind the front desk and return them to you upon departure. If you would like to eat cake or open presents in our facility, please reserve a room.

If you would like to stay for additional play time once the party is over, please see receptionist to purchase a day pass and ensure there are no capacity restraints.

You are welcome to use a giftcard towards the payment of your party. We do not allow the use of coupons or free passes towards the payment of your party or towards additional guests.

Lasertag is a different playground.If you wish to add lasertag to your playground party you will receive a 20% discount on lasertag games.
